Bei der Herstellung des Tellers geht Capra auf das Land und die istrischen Wurzeln zur\u00fcck, von wo aus es inspiriert ist, Liebhabern guter und hochwertiger Aromen immer frische Zutaten zu servieren. \u00bbWenn wir lokal sagen, meinen wir es auch so. Unser Gem\u00fcse stammt aus unserer Heimat, wir stellen unsere eigenes Oliven\u00f6l her, wir arbeiten nur mit lokalen Lieferanten zusammen, wenn es m\u00f6glich ist. Man k\u00f6nnte sagen, wir leben den ganzen Kilometer-Null-F\u00fchrer,\u00ab sagt die erste Geige von Capra, K\u00f6chin Marja \u010cerne.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tSaisonales Obst und Gem\u00fcse wird auf 8.000 m2<\/sup> Ackerland angebaut, wo wir Felder mit saisonalem Gem\u00fcse, Garten und Olivenhainen finden. Wir haben auch einen eigen Kr\u00e4utergarten sowie einige Blumen. Alle landwirtschaftlichen Fl\u00e4chen befinden sich in unmittelbarer N\u00e4he des Hotels: in Osp, Ankaran und im Belveder.

Capra bedient haupts\u00e4chlich aus dem Meer; Ihr Men\u00fc konzentriert sich auf Fisch und andere Meeresfr\u00fcchte. Und das nicht nur, weil wir uns in unmittelbarer N\u00e4he des Meeres befinden, an der Hauptpromenade von Koper, wo wir die Wellen von der Terrasse aus beobachten k\u00f6nnen. Dass das Meer der Hauptf\u00fchrer f\u00fcr Capras Geschmack ist, spiegelt sich auch in den stilvoll dekorierten Tellern.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\u00bbUnsere Mission ist es, den G\u00e4sten ein ganzheitliches Erlebnis zu bieten. In erster Linie mit einer Kombination aus lokal-mediterraner K\u00fcche, die mich schon in jungen Jahren inspiriert hat. Als Kind hilf Ich gerne in der K\u00fcche, sp\u00e4ter, als Ich anfing, mich konkreter mit diesem Meisterberuf zu befassen, wurde mir klar, wie kreativ diese Arbeit sein kann \u2013 mit Aromen, Zutaten und Farben zu spielen. Es wurde schnell meine Lebensweise. Das B\u00fcro war nie f\u00fcr mich, obwohl Ich mein Studium abgeschlossen habe. In meiner t\u00e4glichen Arbeit brauche Ich viele Herausforderungen um Aktion und M\u00f6glichkeiten zu erstellen.\u00ab<\/p>\n
