Any information and depiction contained in the www.grandkoper.com website are subject to copyright protection or other form of intellectual property protection to the fullest extent of the law. Documents, contained on any page of the website may only be reproduced for non-commercial purposes, and they must include all the notices regarding copyright or other rights, and they must not be copied, spread or in any other way distributed for commercial purposes. 

Jaz in Božo d.o.o. reserves the right to alter the content of any page on the website at any time, in any way and without prior notice, regardless of the reason. Jaz in Božo d.o.o. is not liable for any consequences of such alterations.

Bookings

Na naših spletnih straneh ponujamo 3 načine rezervacij naših kapacitet.

1. ON-LINE booking system

ON-LINE booking system is the simplest, safest and fastest way to book a room in our hotel. We enabled several ways of booking a room through the ON-LINE booking system:

Booking without confirmation by credit card – after the online procedure is finished, such booking is not final and guaranteed. We will contact you for the final confirmation of the booking, and we will determine the way of guaranteeing the booking (credit card, advance payment, prepayment etc.). Such bookings can be cancelled or altered in accordance with the terms and conditions laid down in the booking.

Booking with confirmation by credit card – safe and fast way of booking, as you will immediately receive the confirmation of the booking. Such bookings can be cancelled or altered in accordance with the terms and conditions laid down in the booking.

Booking without the possibility of a refund – safe and fast way of booking, as you will immediately receive the confirmation of the booking. The booking needs to be secured during the booking procedure by a valid credit card. After the booking is received, the entire amount of the booking is charged. Such bookings cannot be cancelled or altered.

 

2. Booking through a form in the “Contact” section

A way to check availability by sending an enquiry – fill in the form with your data, desired period of stay, desired room type and any additional requests or questions you might have regarding your stay in our hotel. We will make you an offer within 24 hours of receiving the enquiry. Making a query or receiving our offer does not count as confirmation of your booking, as your guarantee for the booking within the deadline and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the offer is an essential condition for the confirmation and validity of your booking. In case the service is not officially confirmed or guaranteed in the deadline, defined in the offer, the service shall be deemed unconfirmed, and it will be deleted from our booking system after the validity period of the offer. 

If there will be children staying with you, please state their number and age.

Pets are allowed, but you need to receive our explicit confirmation (regarding size and weight).

We would also like to inform you that by making online bookings and payments you certify that you have read and agree to all the terms and conditions.

 

3. Booking through E-mail: booking@grandkoper.com or hotel@grandkoper.com

You can check availability by sending us an E-mail. Send us an E-mail with your data, desired period of stay, desired room type and any additional requests or questions you might have regarding your stay in our hotel. We will make you an offer within 24 hours of receiving the enquiry. Complaints

In case of any errors or shortcomings regarding the service, the guests should immediately inform the staff or request to speak with the responsible person on the spot. In case that, regarding its content, the complaint can be resolved on the spot (e.g. unsatisfactory cleanliness of the room, equipment, room position etc.), and the guest fails to make a complaint at the spot and does not notify the responsible person about the error, it is considered that the guest agrees with insufficient completion of the service, and thus, the guest loses the right to making future complaints of requesting a lower price for the service or compensation for damage.

Guests may submit a written complaint in two months from the day of the incorrectly completed service. If the legally set deadline for submitting a complaint is missed, the complaint shall not be reviewed. 

Cancellation of a booking

Guest may cancel their booking. Cancellations must be submitted in writing or by E-mail at least 3 days before arrival, or at least 7 days before arrival in high season – from 15th July until 25th August and during holidays (Easter, Christmas–New Year holidays). In case of timely cancellation of the booking, guests are eligible to full refund of the advanced payment or full price of the booking. 

This clause is not valid for bookings designated as “non-refundable” or “bookings without the possibility of refund”. Each such booking is considered final, and refunds are not possible in any case. 

In case the cancellation is made after the cancellation period has passed (i.e. from 3/7 days before arrival until the booked day of arrival), the hotel will charge a cancellation fee equal to:

one (1) night, for bookings of up to and including 3 nights,

two (2) nights, for bookings of 4 or more nights.

In case of no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge the cancellation fee equal to 100 % of the price of the booked stay, without the tourist tax.

In case of an early departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge a fee equal to 100 % of the price of the rest of the booked stay, without the tourist tax. Exceptions to this rule include early departures due to force majeure (death, health reasons, natural disasters etc.). In such cases, please contact the responsible person at Grand Koper.

In case of bookings confirmed by credit cards, we will charge the credit card without the presence of the guest. 

Cancellation fees are calculated in accordance with prices that were confirmed by the hotel at the time of booking.

Bookings are valid until 6 pm on the day of arrival – guests need to inform us before the arrival in case of a late arrival.

SMOKING IN THE HOTEL

Smoking is not allowed inside the Grand Koper Hotel. The
fine for smoking in the room is in the amount of three nights. In case of
damage to the hotel inventory, we reserve the right to charge additional costs
for the restoration of the hotel room.

Smoking is allowed outside the hotel.

End provisions

All prices in offers by Grand Koper have VAT included. Any dispute between the parties falls under the jurisdiction of the Court of Koper.

All content, published at www.grandkoper.com, is the property of Jaz in Božo d.o.o., and they may be used for non-commercial purposes only. Furthermore, any stated warnings regarding copyright must remain, and no part of the content may be copied, shared or in any other way distributed.
